The basic requiremnt to get a H1B visa is that first of all you need to have a job and with that there's a certain thing which need to be fullfilled such as you need to have a income of atleast 60k dollars per annum and your company should be verified and listed as in the government status. And the most important your company should also be willing to sponser you for H1B visa as there are certain cost rtelated to that. you can only apply to H1B visa after your OPT ends

After completion of your masters and getting Employment officer,Your comapny should must file H1B visa as a change to status.After your visa is approved you can start working on H1Bvisa.
