When I go to allotted college in neet round 1 n i opt for upgradation then also I have to pay 5 yr academic fees????

Hello Shubham, no you do not need to pay 5 year academic fees at once while counselling.

At counsellignyou normally have to pay the counselling fees along with the admission fees for the college and tution plus other fees for the first academic term only i.e. only for the first semester.
