When is the admission opening for 2019 MA Mass communication and what is the percentage required?
Hello. Panjab University will release the PUCET (PG) 2019 form for all fields by the second week of April 2019. The last date of submission will be by the second week of May 2019 tentatively. The exam for all PG courses will be by the 1st week of June 2019. The exact dates for the same will be announced soon by the university officially.
The eligibility criteria is that you pass your bachelors/masters from a recognized university. The cutoff for MA mass communication and journalism in 2018 was 20% of total marks for general category students.

The admission process for MA Journalism and Mass Communication offered by Panjab University generally starts in the month of May/ June and the similar timeline can be expected this year as well. For admission in MA-JMAC course, which has 35 seats, you will have to appear in PU CET (Common Entrance Test) PG which carries the 60% value while your Academics contributes 40% for the preparation of merit list.
