There has not been any response or further notice by officials yet after the notice dated 02.07.2019 regarding the withholding the results of First Round of MBBS/ BDS seats 2019 for Insured Wards Persons (IPs) of ESIC.
Kindly regularly visit the official website https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/ for any updates.

And don't worry about not locking up the choices as it will be locked by system itself if not locked.
There is no official decleration for the results regarding the ESIC quota counselling on the website of MCC or at any other sources. Also the dates have not been announced yet for the result of the 1st round. So it can be predicted that the result will be declared in the mid of the month july but the ctual dates will be declared on the official website of MCC so keep checking the website for more details.
