when should i apply for pH certificate at centres approved by mcc .... and is it necessary to get this certificate from this centers even if i have unique disability certificate issued by government of India ...and if we need that then whom to approach there at these centres...plz answer...

First to claim PWD quota, you need to get yourself examined at any Government Medical Hospital/College/ District Hospital. Now once you get a certificate from them and once the NEET results have been declared, you should appear before a Disability Assessment Board and get examined to get a disability assessment certificate so as to check your eligibility for participating in the Counselling process under PWD quota. There are as many as 20 Disability Assessment centres across India. Inspite of having the Unique Disability Certificate, yo ustill need to get yourself assessed at the Disability Assessment centre.
