i have obc certificate issued from up govt it stated for govt of India but i asked many people they have said you need need a delhi obc certificate to get admission in du is this correct? do I really need to issue an obc certificate from delhi if I am currently an resident of delhi?

Also, certificated issued on of after 31st March 2021 are acceptable for 2021 admission session.
