Actually they haven't really released any date for registration it should have released in month of October but due to covid-19 pandemic they is a delay for registration process.
So you can go through website and keep checking the day to day updates so you will know exactly when will they release the registration process.

Dear Aspirant,
The form for the SRMJEE 2021 are expected to be released in the October 2nd week but due to COVID situation there are some delays. As of now there is no confirmed date for the starting of registration. You can refer to the link below for future updates.

SRMJEE UNIVERSITY is likely to release the exam for for 2021 in October/November 2020.
The Last date for receipt of the OMR application form might be in the Last week of February 2021.
Last date to submit online application form is likely to be Last week of March 2021.
Exam dates might be around Second to third week of April 2021.
