Dear Chandni, once Uytarakhand completes the.mop up round, classes will commence either in the last week of August or the first week.of September. Few Colleges also conduct orientation calsses and it is mandatory for every candidate. So it makes meaning if the classes begin after all rounds of counselling are done with.
