Where can I get my study material online? The link sent via email always says that it has some internal system error. Also, can someone please tell me how to get the access to student portal and how to log into ignou account for the id and other access?

You can get digital study material for your course in IGNOU by visiting the following link;
http://egyankosh.ac.in/
You just have to search the courses and download it,it's the same that people get in the form of printed books.
You can get into IGNOU Student portal by logging in with your enrollment number and programme code.
