As of now no official announcement has been made regarding schedule of OPENMAT 2021, once the application form get released, the link will be activated at the official website, hence you can stay updated at https://ignouexams.nta.nic.in/WebInfo/Public/Home.aspx
The eligibility criteria for OPENMAT is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate, in case of reserved category there is relaxation of 5%
