Hi Rahul,
Generally, the refund is carried out either by the admissions department or the finance department of the college so you have to apply there for the cancellation so that they can process your request and refund your fees. generally, it take a time of 1 month at max

For registration we have submitted 1200 rs so can we get that back if we will not get admission
