Hello Amal, As per your query i would like to tell you, yes Kerla students are eligible for Karnataka medical college.



If you have domicile of Karnataka state than you are apply through state quota which is 85%



And if you don't have domicile than you will apply through All india quota which is 15%.



As per your knowledge I would like to tell you candidates from any State free for applying  in any state medical college through All india quota.

To get admission in Govt colleges of any state under 85% quota, domicile of that particular state is mandatory but students are free to apply in any state even if they dont have the residential proof under All India Quota (15%) so if you wish to apply for Karnataka colleges being a Kerala domiciled student you can go ahead with AIQ.
