Joining any coaching institute or not totally depends on you.
Coaching Institutes can only guide you if you want to crack your exam with good marks you need to be dedicated and self motivated.
There are many students who have cracked their exam without joining coaching institute.
To score good marks in NEET exam it is very important that your basics should be clear. You should read NCERT books throughly.
You can also get direct questions from NCERT especially for biology.
Exercises which are given at the end of the chapter are very important if you want you can also solve NCERT Exemplar.
Focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. You can also solve MCQs related to it.
Refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions.
Solve complete mock test series for your practice and to analyse your preparation level at regular interval of time to understand where you stand among other competitors.
Work on your strength and weakness and try to learn from your mistakes.
All the best for your exam!!
If you have strong basics and also your college faculty is very good so that you can ask any doubts and also they'll tell you different models asked in exam. It depends tour preparation too like some people will prepare only if anyone forces them, and also if you go to any coaching centre you'll cover all the models but the crowd will be too high. So my suggestion is just go and sit for 2 days You'll get to know all.
All the best.
