NIT HAMIRPUR is the best option according to the latest nirf rankings....it's because of it's good placement records and best faculty.....but you should choose branch of your interest...best of luck

As per the ratings, you can consider both the options very good but as per the reviews provided by the students or alumni  National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur is bit better.
