You are assuming that you will get 630 marks in NEET which is quite good score as it will definitely clear cut-off criteria for most of the AIIMS colleges but the cut-off is different for different AIIMS colleges and there are many factors for deciding cut-off.Cut-off depends on
1)Total number of candidates appeared in the examination
2) Total number of seats
3)Total numbers of candidates qualify the examination
4)The difficulty level of exam
5)Category Reserved or Not
At present there are main 7 AIIMS in India while others are not constructed yet.Among these, AIIMS delhi is the oldest one which requires the minimum marks to clear cut-off is aprrox 665+ score for general category(unreserved)at present now which may be increase to 670+ in 2021. If you are aiming for AIIMS delhi you have to study very hard.Besides this,you can get into any one of the 6 AIIMS colleges including AIIMS Bhopal, Bhubhaneswar, Jodhpur,Patna,Raipur,Rishikesh with your assuming score
