All the best books for aiims and neet comes after ncert. You should study ncert books and side by side some extra books.

You can prefer hc verma Or dc pandey for physics  they are best for physics.

for biology and chemistry read ncert books  and moderns or dinesh as a extra book for them.

You can have mtg ncert on fingerpoint for biology and chemistry.
