Dear Aspirant,
All the colleges under the central government have 10% of their seats reserved for the economically weaker section(EWS) category students in their colleges. However, you might find some mismatch in the state-owned colleges as the rule is a bit new and implementation is in process.
Famous colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs, AIIMS, etc have this reservation. Hope this helps.
NOTE: Private colleges do not have reservations.
