Hey there!
You can't get into government colleges from state counselling without a domicile of that particular state but you can definitely opt for private colleges of that stare. Almost all states allow this all india quota counselling although the reservation percentage might be low and it varies from state to state. Some most popular state counsellings for non- domicile students are maharastra counselling, chattisgarh counselling and west bengal counselling.
