Hi,

Thanks for asking careers360,

I have already answered this question Multiple times.

Again I’m providing all the details.
Start with NCERTs (CLASS 6-12), and a daily news paper (THE HINDU or INDIAN EXPRESS).
After completing NCERTs revise them at least 2 times for getting a good hold on the basics.
Once you have done with NCERTs, go to below mentioned books and websites.

STANDARD BOOKS:

I'm listing some important and must go books.
1) M.Laxmikanth INDIAN POLITY
2) Ramesh singh INDIAN ECONOMY
3) INDIA'S STRUGGLE FOR INDEPENDENCE by BIPIN CHANDRA
4) G C LEONG for GEOGRAPHY
5) LEXICON for ETHICS
6) Nitin Singhaniya notes for ART AND CULTURE.

Good Luck!
