Hi harsh,
Hope you are doing great.

Every branch mentioned above or other as well are best in engineering field. It all depends upon your interests only as if I say that this particular stream is good and you may not find it interesting afterwards , it will lead to your loss only.
So first, you should discover your interest in any stream. If you will follow your interest, you can do much better than anything and that particular stream will become best for you. It will be better than following you passion rather than seeing it upon best stream or other thing.

it depends on your interest and talent. most oftenly students prefer the computer science engineering as per their eligibility. the reason is that most colleges have good  placement for the computer science engineering than the other courses. So that the students get placed as soon as they complete their course.
