E.C.E as the Branch Deals with electronics & Communications afterwards if you complete your P.G M.Tech in V.L.S.I Design or Embedded Systems it's a good choice to earn more but for these you must have Good Stuff in your academics then you will earn from 2Lacs a month to more depending on talent,

E.E.E on the other hand also has more opportunities after your B.TECH if you move in M.Tech with Power Systems or Renewable Energy side you can Earn more.

If you are looking for scope and money then both branches are best . Electrical engineering is a study of  electricity like how electricity pass and how to control it and clear the damages . While in electronics and communication you study about electronics object like transistor , switch , resistor and many more how can you create it and  their application. And also you study for Communication field which gives you an advantage to apply in Telecom sector or Internet sectors. But you must know almost every steel plants and normal factory requires electrical engineer but electronics and communication engineering is a most emerging engineering and every Every new communication as well as electronics field company will intake you . Like wifi company, Amazon, drdo, google , 5G providing companies. Now it depends on you what you choose.
