There are various opportunites after English Hons, if teaching interests you, you can persue BEd to teach at schools, afterwards you can apply for CET or state level TETs. You can do Master's Degre in English and apply for NET/SET and become lecturer in college.

You can work in Media industry for various roles, you can write for print or electronic media, you can enroll for pg diploma or Master's Degree courses in Journalism or Mass Communication to be well acquainted with the knowledge of media industry and get hands on experience regarding the same, opportunities are aplenty here like for Advertising, PR,Marketing etc, nowadays Social Media Marketing is highly demanded with plethora of social media sites, every business sets out to promote its services or products through this medium and its highly effective as well, reaching target audience within a short span of time.

You can change stream, you can pursue LLB program after graduation or MBA, if you have entrepreneurship skills or wish to work in MNCs.

If Govt Jobs interest you, you can apply for UPSC, SSC CGL, various State PSCs for different posts, Banking such as SBI, IBPS, RBI, NABARD, LIC etc.
