Here is a list of authorities from where you need to get your OBS certificates to be eligible for OBC reservation in JAC counselling:

• District Magistrate/ Additional Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner/ Collector/ Additional Deputy Commissioner/ Deputy Collector/ First Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ City Magistrate (Not below the rank of First Class Stipendiary Magistrate)/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate/Extra Assistant Commissioner.

• Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar

• Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidates and/ or his/ her family normally resides
