The overall standard of IEM and Heritage is almost same. In academics, both colleges are same too. I can say that placements of IEM is just a little bit better than Heritage , but Heritage is also very good(in 2015, 508 students were placed in TCS in Heritage ). ... IEM also lacks of good infrastructures and large campus.

Last decision is yours.
