Which college i should prefer if my neet score is very low and my 12th % is 64? What should I do now?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Dont worry if your neet score is very low or you have not scored a good percentage there are many things to do rather than going to a medical field. If you are really interested in doing mbbs then apply for private colleges. Or if not you can do bsc from a subject of your choice. It has a great scope after that you can do post graduation or prepare for government competitions . Once you crack them nobody will ask you how much you have scored in 12 or neet or in bsc. So choose the field wisely as it will help in shaping your future .
Hope it helps thank you

Dear candidate,
Many colleges while admission, in case of NEET, consider a minimum of 50 percentile in 10+2 examinations. Thus if you have a gen category then in PCB or PCMB, you should have a min of 50 % in aggregate with English as the compulsory subject. The percentile goes down to 40 in case of SC/ST/OBC.
You haven't mentioned your expected marks/rank or your homestate; however try to apply for colleges where they expect you to have a min of 40-50 percent instead of 75% as the aggregate. There are lots! You can also apply for deemed universities and private medical colleges. Use our college predictor to know accurately.
Now, if your NEET score is low, and you have appeared for JEE, or the equivalent engg entrance of your state, you can consider an engg stream ( core or streams like biomedical, chemical etc.) or you can go for bachelors in science in any subject of your choice in any regional colleges around you. You can also appear for NEET/ JEE in the next year. At the end of the day, it's up to you what you want to pursue because every domain is promising if you work hard enough!
Hope this helped.
