Both the colleges are equally good and there is no comparison , although if you want to choose any one of them then go for CET Bhubaneswar as-
1. Good placements , for branch like CSE, IT , Electrical and Mechanical.
2. Course studies has improved a lot over the years
3. Plenty of clubs to participate and learn from.
4. CET has a huge campus and students usually have a good time.
