Which college is good for computer science;nit rourkela or vit Vellore?

Hii ,both of these colleges are good in there own realm as both provide technology based courses you will be in profit,if you will study in any one of them the only thing is nit (national institute of technology)is a government college while vit (Vellore institute of technology)is private,but of these are good colleges.
