Both the college are good as they both are a part of delhi university
Crowd of bharti college is quiet good
as i have done my graduation from bharti college. I would suggest you to go with bharti college and teachers are also very supportive
Shivanji college is co-ed college and it is also good..
Its up to you that which college you want
