For B.Tech in AI and machine learning, there is a bit less scope other than IITs.

But the colleges that offer AI learning are:

• University of Hyderabad
• Jain University Banglore
• VIT Bhopal
• SRM, Sonepat
• Quantum School of Technoloygy, Roorkee

The best you can prefer is VIT Bhopal.
