if you want to become a company secretary then why should go for any other course and why not get yourself enrolled in company secretary programme , this is a corporate professional course which is of 3 years and this is equivalent to Under graduate degree , this course is divided into 3 three level , you meed to clear all three level to become a company secretary.

You need to have 50% and above in your 12th boards from a recognized university or board. The candidates who wish to become Company Secretary should clear three levels of CS course and the concerning exams. The course includes three stages of study - Foundation program, Executive program, and Professional program.
