For being able to give UPSC CSE examination you need not to be e any specific graduate you can just pursue your graduation in any stream and can be eligible to give the examination.
Mo st of the people pursue Bachelor in Arts and start preparing for UPSC examination as it coincide with most of the syllabus with the examination or you can do some other graduation too which works as your plan b like BTech BCA as these are job oriented courses and after completing these things you can go for UPSC preparation.

In order to be eligible for UPCS, one needs to attain 21 years age, and have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there's no specific aggregate required in this case. So, you can choose whatever field that interests you. UPSC exam is lot more inclined towards humanities subject in both prelims as well as mains, science is present but in a limited way in the syllabus and yes, there are availability of science subjects as well for optional subjects. So, you can choose accordingly.
