All engineering branches have a great scope. Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering are evergreen branches but as you know today is the world of computers. So you can prefe computer science and engineering, Information and technology engineering or computer engineering. There is a great scope in these fields.

I can't say that engineering is the applications of Mathematics so maths is awesome.
Every branch of engineering is needed for the development of world say for example.. with electrical we can make chips but without technology we can implement it.
Each and every branch of engineering is inter linked in the real world.
You passion must lead to take one particular branch in engineering.
- civil engineer can take up projects of govt. And build dams and reservoirs
-mechanical engineer make a new generation vehicles and lot more
- cse and IT is needed to implement every thing like artificial intelligence
So on each and every branch is awesome our passion will make a real hero just don't worry about choosing the branch let your interest choose your life.
