As you have mentioned KL University and New Horizon College of Engineering, so firstly both colleges are top notch as both are AICTE approved, but New horizon College Of Engineering has NAAC A accreditation also it has a lower fees structure compare to KL University. One more point is that New Horizon is Autonomous University where as KLU is Deemed University, so considering all this points and as per your choice and preference you can decide which college fits best in your case.
