Hello Shreya, as you might be knowing there is a general perception that CS/IT streams pay more, and that is true to some extent for the less reputed colleges, at least with respect to campus placements. But when you are in good colleges like IITs, NITs, BITS etc, you will get high paying salary in almost all streams. Still I'd suggest you to follow your passion and interest in whichever branch you like, if you perform good, your salary will grow faster.
