Hello Aspirant,
See grace marks are added in your final result and for determining your eligibility for NEET your total result is checked so whether it has grace mark or not will not affect your eligibility because grace marks are also considered valid for NEET.
As per previous years analysis if you belongs to General category then you should try to secure at least 600+ marks out of 720 total marks for good Government Medical colleges but yes if you belongs to any of the reserved category like SC/ST/OBC then 580+ will be decent one.
So don't worry about the grace marks, you are eligible for NEET if you have passed/appearing in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects and should have secured minimum aggregate of 50% if belongs to General category and 40% if you belongs to SC/ST/OBC.
