Looking at the previous year cutoff for JEE advance, with the above mentioned OBC category rank in JEE advance, you have difficult chances of getting CSE branch in top IIT's. This is because the minimum required cutoff for OBC students to get top IIT in CSE branch is less than 500 rank in JEE advance.
But you can get some lower branches like Biotechnology, textile, civil, mechanical, etc in good IIT's under this rank.
