hello aspirant,
remember that branch always matter than college.because you will have job opurtunities based on your branch .but in nits no matter what group you take you can have chances .but if you dont get any placement opurtunity then there would be a problem, then your branch helps you.because no matter what branch you take out there you will get a job if you are good at coding.now this is for an average student point of view.its your wish you can take any group but make sure you ace in the branch you take if not you will come back for a student who learns coding and try for a job.right now cse is leading.for example if 100 companies approach a tier 1 or tier 2 college what happens is 100 companies allow all cse students to sit in placements where as only 70-80% companies allow ece students to sit in placements and where as only 50-60% students sit in placements.now if its nit you will have really good opurtunities no matter cse or ece grups.you need to work a little.now its your personal choice if you are really interested in eee you can take and go towards government field but there is no guarantee you will be getting good package job until you ace like a pro.but if you take cse and den or ece chances would be better.thats my suggestion.make sure you talk to elders, teachers, lecturers discuss with them what is best for you and proceed.for furthur info ckeck the link:

Hello Aspirant,
Both the branches EEE and ECE are good career choices and have great scope and opportunities. But if compared between the both NITS Nagpur and Raipur, NIT Nagpur is far better than NIT Raipur in terms of college facilities, infrastructure, faculty, academics and placements. So I would recommend you EEE in NIT Nagpur.
Hope this helps
Good Luck
