Well dear no doubt CSE has got the maximum placements in any college ,also your placements depends completely on your overall performance, gpa, techinical skill , soft skills etc and not on which college you select.
So,you can go for any of them and give your best to bag the highest possible package from it.

Hello.
In terms of placement both the university/colleges have almost same placement future but as the popularity of Chandigarh University is known so chances are high in it. But if we see with the fee prospectus so the Chandigarh University takes much higher fees than UIIT Shimla.
Therefore UIIT is somehow better than Cgc
