UIET, Panjab University is better as it's a GFTI, has lower fees and better placement opportunities for CSE branch.
Also, coding culture of UIET is the best in region with many hackathon winner and Google summer of code qualified seniors each year.
Pay and visit and observe the students rather than infrastructure and you'll be proud to be a part of the institute.
