Msc IT degree is a post graduate level master's degree which has to be done after your under graduation only!!

Btech IT is an undergraduate program in IT domain ,this has more market value,and good job opportunities.

Both of them have same weightage in all terms.

Yes Bvoc is on demand these days ,it gives you industry exposure and good job opportunities

But as you have mentioned that you cleared 12th exam better to go for Bvoc or btech.
