Which is better for CS, IIT Delhi or IIT Madras?

IIT Kanpur offers the best CS course academically but it falls behind Delhi, Madras and IIT Bombay because of its geographic location. IT companies are setup in major cities of India. Hence, students must prefer Delhi over Madras. IIT Delhi has also better placements because of its geographical location.
