MIT is considered as best one of the best colleges for CSE and MECH whereas IIIT(B) is famous for its IT branch.So i would say CSE in MIT Manipal would be a good option when compared to IIIT(B) as it has better ranking,better placements and better infrastructure.

“IIIT-BHUBANESWAR”is a completely STATE funded GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING college .

It is designed to be a premier institute of Information Technology and related areas.(core btranches don’t have scope in this college)

Getting a CSE seat in this college is prestigious.(or you can its worth the hardwork you do in jee)

Opening rank for CSE-2018 batch is around 11k AIR in JEE(which obviously implies quality of students getting enrolled in good).

Students are DAMN TALENTED and HARD working.(mostly aggregated in CSE)

Environment is best if one is really interested in developing his/her skills.

Never opt for a core branch like EEE in this college.(Don’t have proper labs for core branches).
