First of all, both IIFPT and NIFTEM are great institutes. So if you're getting any one of them, I would suggest taking the seat. Now to answer your question, NIFTEM is better as there are many companies that will help in incubation for the startups. Also the facilities there are great, from infrastructure to everything.
