Which is better iiit Bangalore or nit durgapur?

See , IIIT Bangalore is a private college , whereas nit Durgapur is a government college. Being a private college it's fees is very high when Compared to IIIT Bangalore.

But on the basis of academics. Obviously IIIT Bangalore will be a better option if you want to pursue coding culture seriously . Because the coding culture at IIIT Bangalore is much better than that of nit Durgapur. Also placement is better than nit Durgapur.

So of cs is your Passion then go for IIIT Bangalore.

But everything depends on your rank. IIIT Bangalore demands high rank in JEE mains. So if you are fulfilling it's criteria then go for it.
