The sheer location of IIIT Hyderabad makes it a better college for job prospects. The updated curriculum of IIIT Hyderabad makes it a better option for ECE branch than IIT BHU.

In my opinion, you should leave IIIT Hyderabad only for OLD 5 IITs.
