Definitely you should go with the IIIT Hyderabad Institute that is faar better in comparison with the VIT. In IIIT Hyderabad you will be getting the different exposure of studies , students , creative ideas , new learning, opportunities and lot more in fact IIIT Hyderabad is faar better in placement too . If you can't able to get the desired seat in IIIT then you can go with the option VIT.
