which is better IT from knit sultanpur or CSE from biet jhansi ? please help me out of this confusion....

From my point of view BIET Jhansi for CSE is great. But if you wanna do IT from KNIT sultanpur you can do it. KNIT is great college too.
Comparatively both colleges are good. You should first clarify about your course interest.
