Hello,
It is basically the matter of perspective of what one aspired from his study in the next 4 or 5 years. If you are focusing solely on jobs, I would suggest you go for IT+MBA in IIIT Gwalior. This course has been specifically designed for the IT industry Job, with starting entry at management level itself. Btech graduates would be working under you in a team and thus naturally your starting package will be better than an undergraduate freshman in the same company.
Now for jobs, CS/IT from IIIT Lucknow is also a good option and I would recommend it if you are still not sure if you will be going for higher studies or will be entering the job market. The BTech with CS and IT is the best option in that case, albeit as a college I would recommend IIIT Gwalior over IIIT lucknow if it matters to you.
Now one more option is chemical from a top NIT, see the branch of Chemical engineering is not very job friendly, even in top NITs you might find your friends from CSE getting placed in first few weeks and you still waiting for a core company to visit. You will only be getting a strong alumni network and a world-famous Tag. Though if you want to study another year and slide into CSE in that NIT, then it would be the best option for you.
My verdict is if you want a job, go for IIITM Gwalior and if you are uncertain, go for BTech CSE. If you have that will (trust me most of us, engineers, don't have) to study hard another year while your friends enjoy, then you can take chemical Solely to slide to better branches like CSE and ECE.
Thank You
