which is better to join in home state (karnataka) all india quota or state quota?
hello there,
The seats of all the government medical and dental colleges are divided into two quotas- 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota. This means 15% of the total seats available in government medical and dental colleges will be transferred to the All India Quota also known as the central pool. The counseling for such seats will be conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). The counseling for remaining 85% seats will be conducted by the respective State authorities.
For 15% All India Quota seats all the candidates who will appear in NEET UG 2020 and qualify the exam will be eligible to participate in the counseling process whereas for 85% State Quota seats, the candidates are also required fulfill the domicile criteria as laid down by the conducting body of a particular State.
so if there is counselling at last week of this month so that u can go through the registration process for it . Since there will be more competition in all India and plus if you have got a very good marks then you go for it. and you just go through this link for the college prediction based on your marks there you have for both all india quota and as well state quota.
