Which is nice course Bsc food technology or BE food technology?
Hello Sreenithi
There are so many difference between B. tech food technology and BSC food technology.
- The main difference is that Btech complete in 4 years so you will learn another one year. Mostly there is theoretical subject in BSC you become weak in numerical portion like for simple sensory there are so many scales to analysis that contains complete statistics so they don't get this knowledge in BSC.
- B .tech also contain instrument subjects like HTO, MTO, MECHANICS, SOM, etc so B.tech students also learn the techniques behind the instrument that is using if there will be the basic problem he can solve out instantly.
- Consider an example like BSC student learn how to analyze temperature by oven method at a particular temperature but Btech students also learn why it is analyzing on this particular temperature with the complete knowledge of every type moisture like bound, unbound, free and critical moisture.
So preferring Btech food technology is a good decision which contains numerous subjects that helps you in the future.

Hii,
B.Tech is better choice than BSc.B.Tech provides great exposure and knowledge. If you take engineering in food technology then there will be better job opportunities. The job opportunities in the field of research and industrial jobs are rare in B.Sc and also if you want to get opportunities in those industries you have to do M.Sc.So better you can go for B.Tech Food Technology.
All the Best!!
